Smart Food Safety is a food safety consultancy based in London. Chris Lee has been in the food manufacturing business, Sam Turner has been a food consultant since 2011, they came together and have a concept of providing a more Client’s Business Oriented consultancy service.

Started its own food business in 2017 in Hong Kong, now residing in London. Chris successfully designed a streamlined FSMS and got approved for its own food manufacturing business in Northern Ireland.

Sam Turner


Has been a food safety consultancy since 2011, Sam has tremendous experience in Food Safety in the hospitality, catering and manufacturing environments. Sam has assisted a lot of food businesses to overcome non conformance, to pass audits, to get high hygiene rating and many more.
